MLS Photography Wall of Shame
Here is why you need a professional real estate photographer. We have all seen images like these on the MLS. Zillow, Trulia, etc. but it doesn't have to be this way. A professional real estate photographer with the right equipment and photography skills can overcome these obstacles and make (almost) any home shine.
Who doesn't like a cute kid? But in the listing photos? (Look closely in the bathtub too).
Next time maybe just mention the pool in the description. Some photos aren't helping you sell the home.
I never understood the toilet close up photo. Was this the most interesting part of this bathroom?
